  • Phase 2: Week 1, Day 1

    Lunch@1pm: Crab Cakes & Coleslaw
    8oz Lump Crab Meat + 1/2 egg + Old Bay + Lavender + S&P
    Cabbage + ACV + Yellow Mustard + Stevia + S&P

    Snack@5pm: Iced Vanilla Caramel Coffee
    Muscle Milk Light Vanilla over Ice
    1c Decaf Coffee
    WF Caramel Sauce

    Dinner@8pm: Out
    Ahi Tuna
    Asparagus (very small amount) & Rhubarb Stew when I got home to round out veggies

    Lunch: Cucumbers with mustard and vanilla pudding
    Dinner : Lobster salad (Lettuce, cucumber, onion, green pepper, pickle) with WF creamy bacon dressing
    Snack : I think I will try the pina colada drink! Might have a black coffee as well =)

    Lunch - Veggies salad + IP potato puree (it's amazingly hot outside, really have no clue why I'm craving this!! ;-) )
    Dinner - Chicken sausage + veggies + salad
    Snack - Bar (still haven't decided which one though)

    Second week post vacation, not as easy as expected but slowly getting back at it. Lost 32 pounds so far...let's get the rest moving ;-)

    Breakfast @ 8 - Proti-Diet Honey Nut Cereal
    Lunch @ noon - Potato Wrap w/2 c veggies marinated in lemon juice & evoo
    Supper - undecided between Tuna Pattie or leftover burger from last night, big salad
    Snack @ - IP Choc Soy Nuts

  • Day 6
    Phase 1 Day 6. Yesterday was a hungry day. Making sure I have salads today.

    Breakfast Spinach smoothie with IP cappucino & 1 c. half caf coffee & 2 (really loose) c. spinach

    Just got a call from friends who want to go out for dinner. Need to change the rest of the plans. WAS going to have smoked pork loin for lunch b/c hubby is smoking it. Now that gets put off til tomorrow.

    Lunch shucks. I was gonna have a soup w/ veggies but then I'd have too many veggies. Glad I'm planning...
    I'm having hmmm...salad and a dill zipper restricted. This one took a minute.
    Dinner out. Still unsure where. Meat (?), veggies, salad

    Breakfast:
    IP chocolate shake

    Lunch:
    IP Chocolate shake with cucumbers and peppers

    Snack:
    IP potato purée made into potato puffs

    Dinner:
    TBD

    IP peanut butter bar
  • Phase 1, week 2, day 3
    Breakfast: IP Maple oatmeal with cinnamon, black coffee

    Lunch: IP peach mango drink, romaine salad with 1 C. cukes/celery and WF ranch dressing

    Snack: 1 C. pickles

    Dinner: romaine salad topped with 1 C. diced zucchini, 1 C broccoli, 7 oz leftover pork roast cut into strips, with WF sesame ginger dressing.

    Snack: IP crispy cereal made into mini pancakes with WF syrup for dipping
  • B: Whole wheat toast, fruit smoothie and oatmeal

    L: a turkey, swiss, spinach and mustard sandwich on a whole-wheat sandwich thin,

    an apple,

    a nectarine,

    half of a sweet potato, topped with cinnamon,

    and a lipton mixed berry diet green tea.

    D: Strawberry-Ginger-Smoothie coctail

    Breakfast: Shake, vanilla pudding...ice, flavoring, coffee...I don't know what I did wrong, but it was uke: !!!
    Lunch: Mixed green salad and 1 packet, not sure of what maybe mushroom soup
    Dinner: 3 oz hamurger steak with mixed green salad, wf dressing and roasted cauliflower
    Snack: vanilla pudding shake with cinnamon

    Dinner--taco salad with lettuce, cabbage, spinach, ground beef and some salsa in lieu of tomato
