Hi! My husband and I use th EAS shakes and find them to be pretty good and seem really close to IP shakes. Dachrista, we are headed to Baltimore in October for my husband's neice's wedding. Looking forward to visiting there.

Can anyone suggest a protein shake powder similar to the IP Vanilla Pudding packet, as far as nutrition goes?

I love the IP packet, but am on Phase 4 now and totally can't afford to keep buying these. Help!

Default Pure protein

[
Try the new banana pure protein shake. Costco. 1.38 per carton.

QUOTE=shesaid;4426282]Oh my goodness! I think I finally found a match for the IP vanilla and chocolate ready to drink shakes:

Pure Protein
Serving Size: 1 can (11oz)
Calories: 160
Total Fat: 1g
Total Carbs: 2g
Protein: 35g!!!

And the cost is about $2 per can (versus almost $7 per IP carton).

Just had to share.[/QUOTE]
