I finally tried the IP Cereal pancakes---YUM. I would love to have those for breakfast a few times a week but I can't cook at work---other than microwaving. Could I make them ahead and either freeze or eat them the next day without losing quality?
Also tried the shakes with the spinach. I do not have access to a blender at work so could I make them at 530 am before leaving for work and drink it at 8 am when I am ready for breakfast? Will they still have the consistency they have coming out of the blender?
