Cheesecake whaaaa? I don't think my coach has those, will have to remedy that....

Just had a non-pudding pudding for my night snack tonight!

I had frozen the leftover coffee from this morning in an ice cube tray. Mixed up the chocolate pudding with 10 oz water, then blended it up with 10 coffee ice cubes. HellOOOOOO mocha frappe! Yum!

Coffee ice cubes! Awesome idea, thank you for sharing!

If you add too much water it turns into puffed air. Today I did the blueberry pudding packet and added a squirt of the berry Mio for kicks...delish! Didnt need any syrup, ate it straight from the waffle iron and into my mouth!

And they really do make a nice thick milkshake with extra liquid and ice in a blender.

Oh, and they make creamy ice cream too!

Can't wait to try the waffles in the morning...kiddos will love it if I make waffles for them, and I can have one too :)

oh thank you all for the ideas... I'm one month in and some of the stuff I just can't take. However, I worry I'm going to get sick of the caramel nut bars and then what will I do?? LOL... I'm excited to try some of your suggestions.

Thans for the great ideas!

Was going to post how much the dark chocolate pudding sucked and if you guys had ways to make it taste better... But reading this thread has given me ideas of things to try out first.

Currently just a larva starting day 2 of the IP program...

Oh, God! My stomach is churning!

Yeah I find the puddings are definitely better as shakes, and I'm going to try the pudding-based waffles this week!

Hang in there, the first 3 days were the toughest! I just finished my first week and survived :) Make the most of that unlimited lettuce (romaine was always my go-to) to fill you up at mealtime. Check with your coach too, mine said that if the hunger got unbearable or I was feeling too lightheaded, I could have one hard boiled egg in between meals per day.
