I add 1 egg white and water until its smooth and make small pancakes. It has to cook a few minutes on each side but I don't even need syrup with the blueberry, strawberry, or lemon.

I like the dark chocolate and the vanilla best.

How do you make waffles or pancakes with the pudding mix? I just made pancakes with the crispy cereal---yum.
For waffles, I beat 2 egg whites fluffy, add 2 oz water (no more), 1 pudding packet, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and mix through. Then add to my well oiled waffle iron and let it crisp up! If you add too much water it turns into puffed air. Today I did the blueberry pudding packet and added a squirt of the berry Mio for kicks...delish! Didnt need any syrup, ate it straight from the waffle iron and into my mouth!

And they really do make a nice thick milkshake with extra liquid and ice in a blender.

Oh, and they make creamy ice cream too!

Just had a non-pudding pudding for my night snack tonight!

I had frozen the leftover coffee from this morning in an ice cube tray. Mixed up the chocolate pudding with 10 oz water, then blended it up with 10 coffee ice cubes. HellOOOOOO mocha frappe! Yum!

HAHAHAHA I'm good now It actually worked out perfectly because I had to bake a couple of cakes for my side business, but after that shake I had NO desire to lick the bowl

I mix up the pudding with 5 oz water and let sit in fridge for about 10 minutes and then i whip in a tablespoon of WF marshmellow and it makes it like a mousee. I find the choc or butterscotch works best with this method

I had vanilla pudding for the first time yesterday and it reminded me of eating pancake batter. I was wondering if I could make a pancake with it!? Haha

I always have a dark chocolate pudding every night for my snack. I use about 5 oz. of water and add Walden Farms chocolate syrup to it before I shake it up. I usually make this in the afternoon so it's nice and cold.

I took the plunge and made Cheesecake dessert pancakes. They were so much better than the dessert was. I was about to pitch the remainder of those packets, but now - I like them as pancakes. I mixed a egg white in and a bit of water, and fried with oil spay in a fry pan. After I ate them, I remembered my WF strawberry spread stuff... oh well, next time
