That's how I feel - the full and then starving weeks, when my menu hasn't changed a bit. I wonder why that is. Although, this week, I have dropped about a pound per night...

I am not sure why, but I actually cannot add spinach to my morning shake (unless I know I can have coffee or something before lunch) - otherwise, I would get too hungry within an hour or two. Try eliminating the spinach from the morning shake entirely and see if that helps.
