Phase 1, Week 9, Day 3 Breakfast - IP Crispy Cereal pancakes w/1 c shredded zucchini, cinnamon, vanilla, 2 egg whites, & b. powder (& benefiber); 2 Tab DaVinci sugar-free pancake syrup Lunch - 'Cauleroni' (grated cauliflower, onions, chicken stock & seasonings), lettuce & an alternative drink Snack - not sure yet, maybe IP jelly or a drink Supper - Rubbed Pork Tenderloin w/Roasted Tomato Sauce (hope it's as good as it sounds!), mashed turnips and a tossed salad
Breakfast - cookies & cream IP bar, black coffee
Lunch - was out running errands later than expected, but brought my packet with me! IP tomato basil soup, and a salad from Cozi (greek salad, hold the feta and olives, extra cucumbers, dressing on the side), still wasn't a full cup of veggies so I had a cup of cauliflower with WF ranch dressing when I got home.
Dinner - Spinach/romaine salad with grilled chicken, bell pepper, red onion, celery and WF sesame ginger dressing
snack - Pink lemonade drink, will probably blend with ice
Breakfast - IP potatoes
Lunch - lean hamburger win no bun and vegetable medley of red pepper, mushroom, spinach and zucchini
Dinner - roast and more vegetable medley
