Love spinach smoothies - like the rest of you, I think it tastes great and gives you a "fuller" feeling. When I am in a pinch I just put a cup of frozen spinach in a Premier Protein premix and blend really good. I don't have to add any additional sweeteners because the protein drink is already sweet. Chug, chug...great start to the day.

I can't have that now, but I think I may try it with one of the drinks blended with coffee. Good idea! |

I didn't know it had the calories in it before I used it, but it did thicken the drink and makes me fuller longer. Konjac root is the same stuff that the miracle noodles are made from...I wonder if it would be considered to be legal??
