8:30 BF - IP Pina Colada & Vitamins
12:30 Lunch - IP Broccoli Cheese Soup 2 cups of Broccoli
4:30 Dinner - 6oz turkey breast lettuce and broccoli - evening supplements
9:00 Snack - IP White Choc Crunch Bar
This is how my ideal day works out. Obviously different IP foods each day.
