I'd love to see evryones daily routine

  • Here is how mine goes.

    8:30 BF - IP Pina Colada & Vitamins
    12:30 Lunch - IP Broccoli Cheese Soup 2 cups of Broccoli
    4:30 Dinner - 6oz turkey breast lettuce and broccoli - evening supplements
    9:00 Snack - IP White Choc Crunch Bar

    This is how my ideal day works out. Obviously different IP foods each day.
  • I try to eat breakfast at 9:00 then lunch 1:00 dinner at 5-6 with a snack at 8ish...
    I do eat cucumbers and celery in between if i'm hungry, I don't care too much for lettuce....

    Ohhh, you should not have to apologize at all!! Post whatever questions you have. I can't believe how abrasive people can be sometimes! These are message boards. And when I joined not long ago, everyone was friendly and welcoming.

  • My routine is pretty much the same every day. I work at home and get up at 4:00 a.m. I have two cups of coffee then.
    At 7:30 I have breakfast. Lately a shake with spinach.
    Lunch is between 11:30 and noon. Always an IP packet with 2 cups of veggies (or 1 cup, if I have had spinach in my breakfast shake).
    5:30 is dinner. Almost always. I get up so early, I want the kitchen clean early so I can chill out before bed.
    IP snack at 8:30, then bed by 9.

    How has that bar at 9pm worked out for you? I have been told from the beginning not to have my restricted too late in the day.
  • My day starts at 6 am w/ a chocolate drink mix made into hot chocolate and 6- 8oz glasses h2o before I leave for work. The I have my restricted at 9 am ( a bar or packet of puffs) the at lunch I have 2 cups cucumbers and ip jello. The after work I have my daily dinner of meat or fish and 2 cups veggies and lettuce. And besides water... I am done for the night.
  • We have a daily 'What are you eating today?' thread where people post up their daily menu, activity/exercise, and a general 'planning your day' - PLEASE feel free to post up your menu, ask questions about recipes if you see something intrigueing, etc. Personally, I find if I start my day out by laying out my meals on this thread I 'stick to it' - and I have found so many meal ideas & inspirations from everyones posts.
