I am on vacation on the Oregon coast. We have a little cottage on the beach, and I have been OP the entire time.
Last night, fresh salmon! OMG. You can't get salmon like that in Montana! Today: BF Jicima omelet with Stevia and cinnamon, w/ 1 teaspoon olive oil Lunch IP chicken soup with Spinach Dinner Hamburger with salad. Sesame ginger spray, 1 teaspoon olive oil Snack @8:00 Banana pudding g with cinnamon Walks on the beach with DH and puppy! :D:D:cool::cool::smug::smug: |

I don't know what I would do without fresh fish. I am so thankful to be on the shoreline in CT and my husband spear fishes for fun...it really helps the grocery bills.
Anyways....here is my day in food: Breakfast: Banana shake (from pudding) Lunch: Chocolate pudding and salad with cucumber and cauliflower and WF dijon dressing Dinner: grilled chicken and turnip fries Snack: Southwest puffs ...overall a blah food day :-) |

Breakfast: coffee with a splash of vanilla rtd, butterscotch pudding shake Snack: celery and cucumber Lunch: pina colada drink Dinner: Large Turkey/beef meatball, 1 portabella mushroom and cucumber.. Snack: rest of the vanilla RTD |
