I usually don't have a morning snack, i still have a big phase 3 breakfast and i'm good til lunch. On days i'm really hungry, i'll have something from my lunch (turkey stick or cheese) as morning snacks are in the fat category. Afternoon snack i'll either have some left over veggies from lunch or 1 or 2 of the 35-calorie fat free yogourt. At night i usually have some greek yogourt with berries and WF strawberry syrup (have WF caramel syrup in my yogourt and berries for breakfast, lol).
