Just thought I would introduce myself... :) I've just started the program, today is my second day...and I'm still alive! LOL!! I'm ok, except I am craving peanut butter something fierce! :dizzy::dizzy: My first weigh in is Friday, and i'm looking forward to see how much I've lost.

Welcome and good luck on your WI. It's funny that you mention peanut butter as that is my biggest craving as well. And the Walden Farms "peanut butter" definately does not come close to the real thing!!

I have the peanu tbutter crunch bar as my restricted almost every day - it completely solves that craving for me and it's yummy!

Welcome fourstubbs!! Glad to have you aboard :) Check in here often, especially when the going gets rough or you're contemplating 'cheating'. You will find a lot of support and so much more info than you will receive at your clinic. Be sure to check out the threads for newbies at the top of the thread list.
