Gem,
I'm feeling a little like you are now. Re being hungry, I'm taking my puree of roasted veggies and putting the equivalent (as I eyeball it) into 12 oz of very hot water to make a veggie soup at lunch. The fact its pureed seems to turn it into a cream soup and there are still some large chinks of veggies. I add some EVOO, S&P, and its filling and satisfying. Two hours later, I have my choc shake. Late afternoon have a pickle. Lots of MIO water all day. That's how I'm handling this. Try to keep busy - stay out of the house and kitchen if possible.

Well I am super disappointed! I only lost 5 pounds my first weigh in... My coach is puzzled because she says I should have lost more... I'm sad

I think 5 pounds is great! How many inches did you lose? Remember it's 5 pounds less than you were a week ago! Keep on keeping on - you can do it!

Thank you do much. Yes 5 pounds is good I guess I was just hoping for more.
My coach didn't do inches. She only does them every two weeks I guess. Thats okay! I'll keep plugging away at it and hope for more pounds lost next Monday!

Good luck to you too
