You csn buy ketostix. I choose not to test for ketosis though.

Not at a clinic, at least not at mine. I bought strips from CVS, but I usually forget and once they are opened they need to be used up within a month.

My Coach said since I was losing weight but not fat as fast I was not in Ketosis. I knew I have not cheated, so I went to Walgreens and bought a pack. $ 11.00 for 50 sticks. I tested myself and it was positive. I am still in ketosis.

I can tell I am in ketosis without testing, but as I have strips here anyway I test weekly for the heck of it and I am always in ketosis.
Plus I just like to pee on the test strips anyway! Getting VERY accurate and deadly with my aim...haha!

Test positive. I drink a lot of water, so,I know that effects it too.

I checked my bottle, it says to be used with. 6 months- they're Bayer, got them at Wakgreens.
