Sorry about the other stressors in your life. Do a search for p3 breakfast ideas... or Life after P1..they are in the stickies and have great information and breakfast ideas. You could incorporate yogurt is a good source of protein and can substitute for the bread or oatmeal as a carb...or cottage cheese... personally I do whole wheat bread with peanut butter and a banana...or egg and cheese sandwich...so I'm not much help with other ideas but do check out the stickies...
