phase three need help

  • I have been avoiding phase three because traveling between two states dealing with a house fire. I am now just getting too skinny and want to end the right way. Need suggestions for the breakfast that don't incude bread or oatmeal. Just really don't like either one. Please help. Also figuring how much of what. Does anyone have any sample breakfasts that will work.

  • Congrats on your new self!!! Sorry about the other stressors in your life. Do a search for p3 breakfast ideas... or Life after P1..they are in the stickies and have great information and breakfast ideas. You could incorporate yogurt is a good source of protein and can substitute for the bread or oatmeal as a carb...or cottage cheese... personally I do whole wheat bread with peanut butter and a banana...or egg and cheese sandwich...so I'm not much help with other ideas but do check out the stickies... Again CONGRATS!!
  • Fat free plain greek yogourt is really high in protein and low in carbs. I usually have that with berries and granola (i have 2 slice sugar free toast with PB) but if you don't want bread, just add more granola. You can also do egg whites, cottage cheese. I have an excel spread sheeet where i input all my food to see where it adds up.

    Here's my typical breakfast, although i'm in maintenance, i still eat the same way as i LLLOOVVEE my breakfast, lol.
