  • Phase, Week 8 Day 3

    Breakfast:
    Crispy cereal pancakes with wf pancake syrup
    Coffee with Splenda and wf caramel syrup

    Lunch:
    Chicken soup with 2 c broccoli

    Dinner:
    Sautéed shrimp
    2 c zucchini
    Salad

    Snack:
    Peanut bar
  • Phase 1, Week 4, Day 3

    Breakfast: IP Vanilla Pudding with some Pumpkin Pie Spice (YUMM))
    Lunch: IP Potato Puree (not sure I am liking this one) w/ letuce, 1 cup of raw broccoli w/ WF Dressing and 1 cup of cooked cabbage
    Snack: Lemon Bar
    Dinner: May go out to Chili's so 6 oz. Steak w a side of broccoli
  • Breakfast: Pumpkin Pie shake (butterscotch pudding packet, extra water, with pumpkin pie spice, and ice blended in a blender - YUMMY!)

    Lunch: Omelet packet with broccoli and mushrooms

    Dinner: Pork roast, cabbage

    Snack: Chocolate shake.

    Breakfast - strawberry wafers, coffee

    Lunch - mango shake, 2 cups cabbage with 2 tsp oil, 2 packets Splenda, 1 tsp oriental seasoning, cider vinegar

    Dinner - salmon or steak, 2 cups veggies, salad

    Snack - milk chocolate pudding with SF Carmel syrup, cinnamon, instant coffee
