I've lose 26 pounds in 11 weeks. Weeks that I exercised, I gained lean muscle, but did not lose weight. Losing weight is the name of the game on this program. Now I have added walking back when the temps are not over 100.
Great inspiring thread! WE all lose at our own pace, but we are all losers! Score!!

I'm at 36lbs in 5 weeks. That's with 1.5 hours of martial arts twice a week since week 3.

I was hoping to hit 220 for my birthday on the 19th...I just need to figure out how to lose 4lbs in 2 days. lol

I started week 3 today. My first week I lost 12lbs and 12 inches, second week I've only lost 3lbs... I have no idea why SO LOW compared to week 1. Going to my coach tomorrow for official measurements and weigh in for week 2.. hmph! I have another 40-50lbs to lose. =)

I've lost 19 pounds in 8 weeks. I walk the dog about 4 times a week, and that is about it.

As of today I've lost 83 lbs since Jan 1st. I have reached my goal and am in my last week of phase 3. I start maintenance next week, just in time to go on vacation! Kind of scary, but I've learned so much and feel so amazing that I can't imagine going back the other direction.

I'm down 20 pound in 19 days. Doing alternative IP (no coach - similar food products) method. Not exercising yet.

I have lost 63 lbs in 27 wks and still going strong! I've been doing level 1 of the 90 second workout. It's really helped the flab on my arms and is helping my stomach muscles as well. Lovin it!

Good luck to you on the program!
I am doing "alternatives" and have only been doing this 2 weeks thus far...15 pounds first week and 7 second...so 22 lbs!
I do a lot of physical work as well as desk work (Paleontology research)...but no actual exercise program "yet".

I have lost 48.2 ;-) lbs in 12 weeks. I started walking after a month and I now walk everyday 2 to 3 miles. Not too fast of a pace (I have short legs ;-).
