Hi I found these at the store, can someone advise me if they are ok to use and if they would be classed as restricted.......

Yes, they are ok to use but as a restricted item since they have 18g of carbs.

I use Healthwise maple oatmeal and it is only 7 carbs so not restricted. You can get Healthsmart which is the same at Nashua.com.
