Phase 1: WI DAY!
Breakfast: Strawberry Pudding Shake 2 Cups coffee Lunch: Salad Snack: EXPERIMENT! Going to try to make Muffins out of a soup mix. I'm HOPING they taste like a quiche. Dinner: Chicken with Bell Pepper and Onions in Lettuce Wraps Snack: Pudding Smoothie |

breakfast: coffee chocolate shake lunch" salad canned spinach(have not tried that yet, but trying to find easier things for at work) a bit of chicken wildberry shake dinner: hamburger, celery in a green pepper cup with horseradish mustard salad Grenada fruit drink |

Crispy cereal pancakes Coffee with 3 Splenda Lunch: Chicken a la king 2 c steamed broccoli Dinner: Curry pork tenderloin Baked turnips Salad with mustard vinegarette dressing Snack: Cappuccino drink |
Ah, a P1 day for me as yesterday was my "fun" day!!! so...
AM: Muscle Milk shake Lunch: another shake with some raw veggies... Dinner: Eggs with sauteed veggies... PM Snack: Either ANOTHER shake or a bar... I sure do miss my IP foods... |

Today's plan IP Strawberry wafer with Coffee -- when I saw how many carbs it had I decided to have a sweet start to the day instead IP Herb & Cheese omelette.. Not sure of the veggies yet, could be Kale or Callaloo , romaine lettuce to get in my potassium :) Dinner - Herb rubbed salmon with swiss chard and more lettuce the swiss chard & kale are abundant in our backyard so I must make every effort to eat it |

Lunch: french vanilla rtd shake & veggies. Snack: 1 cup veggies. Dinner: 1 cup veggies & 8oz protein [not sure what I want lol] Snack: 1 cup veggies & french vanilla rtd shake. :) and of course lots of water too! :D |

I tried rutabaga fries for the first time today. Not to bad, dipped in WF bbq sauce. Liz, do yours get crispy and how? My son tried one without knowing what they were and he spit it out in the garbage LOL.
Last night I made cauliflower rice which was yummy! |

I am a boring cook so what I do is chop the greens into small pieces add garlic and sea salt sometimes I add Worcestershire sauce spray a pan with Pam add greens simmer with the seasonings until they are tender |
