Starting IP July 9-buddy system?

I am starting this diet tomorrow. I am completely new to this whole site. Anyone else planning on starting tomorrow also??? Keep me updated.

Make sure you check the daily threads, most of the new people post there. You will find lots of "buddies" there....let everyone know where you are from, there may be someone in your area on here
