Howdy 100%ers! Today is starting off GREAT! I don't think I could have taken a 3rd Monday in a row...not only are my allergies dying down due to the awesome rain we needed and washed all the yuckies away, but my car started this morning! Oh Glorious Day!
I had a two week stall (check my stats) and the week I lost 6.8 was the week I did phase 2. BUT, at the time I was doing a mini phase off for vacation so I actually kept going into Phase 3 and went on my vacation.
WI today for me - down 4.8 pounds. Look at me - down 1-2-3 in my ticker. Yippee!!!!
Another blessing of finding IP. DH & I are working on setting up new health insurance policies. The company we would like to be with has posted height/weight charts online that show the max weights to avoid upcharge in premiums. DH clears by a mile and as of today I am exactly at the cutoff. Few more weeks till we actually do the paperwork and I will be well under!

BTW - thanks for all the & thinking of me while I was MIA. Although I have only been able to lurk for a while, it was nice to know I had a supportive place to hang out & take my mind off other things. right back at you all!

This reminds me to go get my 20 year term policy now that I am at the weight for a lower premium! I was going to do it before I had my son, but then got preggo, then got even bigger after I had the kid - so this IP journey is FINALLY going to be saving me money on something for the next 20 years!!!

Survived a birthday party for our little boy! I even baked and decorated a cake and stayed 100% throughout. Down 3.2 this week.
So encouraging to see everyones losses and supportive comments. I'm only three weeks in but I can sort of see the end if I squint and take my contacts out!

I absolutely adore coming home at night and seeing all of the inspiring losses each day. You are all so wonderful and your dedication and success are very motivational. Thank you all for being my heroes!
This week has been a 3-day business trip full of NSVs. We were gathered for a work conference with people I hadn't seen for 7 months that were very complimentary over my weight loss. I heard oohs and ahhs every day. Lots of questions too and positive support over the choices I was making, especially the choice not to drink anything the whole trip. In the past, I was one of the "hardcore" team members staying up late and drinking with the gang. I got asked are you sure a few times but most people were impressed by my dedication to my program.
Today was the most challenging day, only 4 spears of asparagus for lunch time veggies but thankfully I still had a bag of mini cucmbers stashed in my purse and no one was concerned about me pulling them out at the table. And for the last three days the best OP protein for dinner has been beef so i think it is fish only for the next few days.
Almost time for my flight home, I'll try to catch up on the rest of the posts by tomorrow. Enjoy the rest of your week!
