I've found the best way to avoid that happening to me is to make sure I have some protein before and right after I work out.
Thanks Dana. I had lunch about an hour before and a protein packet as soon as I got home. It was not even like exertion...it was the second I stepped on, my thighs felt like lead. (Like there is no muscle left in those thighs of mine.)
Well today was a HUGE NVS FOR ME.....I went shopping, went to Avenue and fit in a 14-16 shirt, size 18 capri's, they fit but a 16 was too small. THEN went to Old navy and found a size....ready....wait for it....wait for it....LARGE!!!!!!sundress and IT FIT!!!....I said OMG in the dressing room and the older lady at the check in counter said are you ok? I said OH YEA I AM FINE....WONDERFUL...and couldn't stop giggling....oh what a feeling!!!

Got nothing but what Dana said (I do the same packet 'sandwich' around workouts). You may just be rebuilding muscle, nothing but yourself to use as an experiment!

Woke up this morning at 6am still on cloud 9....lol.....tried rolling over to go back to sleep couldn't do it. So I turned on the tv and watched "red" with Bruce Willis ...good movie. Just got my wakeup call from the BF, yesterday he was in PA in 110 degree weather this morning he is in NY in foggy 59 degree weather. I told him to drink Vitamin C so he doesn't get sick! Today is going to be a lazy day for me, I don't plan on leaving the house!

I was so excited when I weighed this morning and lost another 1 lb for a weight of 318. For the past year I have been doing Jenny Craig and have actually lost 30 lbs but the last 10 I just kept gaining and losing because I was always so hungry and I would cheat every week. The lowest I got on JC was 319 and today I have finally broken through that number! WooHoo! Hope everyone has a great 100% OP Sunday!

Stick to the program and you will be going through sizes faster than you ever have before. One week in one size the next week in a new one.....stay true to the program and yourself and your results will be amazing....trust me when I say that
