I asked my coach about being really hungry some days, like on days when I run around at work. She said I can definitely have a 4th packet if I need to, probably burning too many calories at work.

You will be ok, I have advised some of my clinets to use the soy puffs instead of the bars so that you can get more uses from one bag...it only takes a few to get the sugar back up so that bag last like a week or so. You might wanna try those instead of the bars :) just a suggestion

Actually, I make half a drink or even a quarter of a drink all the time. I pour a chocolate drink (powder, not rtd) into a small, glass storage container. When I need a little something extra, I take a tablespoon and mix it with a cup of coffee. This has really helped me. Or I keep a RTD in the fridge and pour out a couple of T's of that.

If you don't like coffee, the same thing could be done with pina colada or peach mango or any other drink mix.

But for me, having extra bars is a no-go. I've slipped in that way and I do think it is has slowed my losses when I have.
