    Phase 1

    Breakfast:
    Black Coffee/ IP Cappuccino/ Crushed Ice

    Lunch:
    IP Vanilla Pudding/ Cinnamon
    Romaine Lettuce/ 2 c Cucumbers/ Gr Peppers/ Celery
    2 Tbsp WF Chipotle Ranch Salad Dressing
    tsp EVOO/ Himalayan Salt

    Dinner:
    5 oz cooked Turkey Breast
    1 c Broccoli
    tsp EVOO/ Himalayan Salt
    Decaf Green Tea

    Snack:
    IP Southwest Cheese Curls
    1 cup low sodium Dill Pickles

  • Phase I - Day4 - alternatives:

    (B) coffee with some protein shake in it; the rest of the protein shake
    (L) shake; 2c cucs and tomatoes lightly salted
    (D) chicken sausages, 2c spinach
    (S) South Beach protein bar
    water water water and water

    Breakfast@8am: Surprise! I had a Spinach Smoothie!
    IP Cappucino Drink
    Spinach & Lettuce <--needing a bit more 'roughage' this week
    2 cups Half-Caf Coffee
    1 Splenda

    Lunch@12pm: Giant Bowl of Mashed Faux-tatos
    IP Potato Puree
    4 oz Chicken Broth
    Roasted Cauliflower, Celery, & Garlic Puree

    Snack@4pm: Fruity Yogurt
    IP Wildberry Yogurt
    Rhubarb <--just a touch to give a little more fruitiness
    2 tbsp WF Strawberry Spread

    Snack@6pm: Restricted weightlifting 4th packet
    IP White Cheddar Ridges

    Bodypump@6:30-7:30pm

    Dinner@8pm:
    Pork Loin
    Asparagus
  • Phase 1
    Week 8, Day 4

    B-fast: IP Wildberry Yogurt with lots of ice

    Lunch: IP vanilla pudding made into a shake, again with lots of ice

    Snack: Vanilla muffins made from IP pudding so yummy.
    Tea with allowed milk

    Dinner: Chicken fajitas with veggies
  • B: IP Orange Drink, Coffee with 1T cream
    L: Lettuce, 4oz grilled chicken, 2T WF Balsalmic, IP garlic/onion soy nuts
    S: Raspberry Jelly
    D: 4oz grilled chicken, sauteed zucchini, mushrooms and green onions, romain lettuce
