Question about omelet mix....
 

I tried to search for my answer but came up with nothing :(

Anyway, this morning I am suppose to be having the omelet mix. On the package is says to cook it in a pan but all I have here at work is a microwave.
Anyway, use the microwave instead for this? If so, how long to cook it for?

i think i've used a minute but its been a while since i've used the microwave. start with 30, give it a stir and keep doing that till its done and fluffy - more like scrambled but that way its not overdone and rubbery.
