    Lemon (juice & zest)
    WF Apple Butter
    Apple Pie Spice

    Dinner@8pm: Salmon Cakes
    7.5 oz Salmon
    2 Egg Whites
    Celery

    Lunch:
    IP Leek Soup (don’t think I will buy this one again)
    Lettuce/ 1 c Cucumbers
    2 Tbsp WF Caesar Salad Dressing
    tsp EVOO/ Himalayan Salt

    Dinner:
    5 oz cooked Pork Loin/ Mrs. Dash
    2 c steamed Spinach
    tsp EVOO/ Himalayan Salt

    Snack:
    IP Cookies & Creme Bar
    1 cup Celery

    Breakfast:
    EAS RTD Chocolate Drink
    Black decaf coffee

    Lunch:
    DBWL Chicken & Vegetable Soup, with 1 cup zucchini, 2/3 cup red peppers & 1/3 cup chopped green onion blended in. Added thyme, curry & black pepper.

    Snack - 3pm:
    2 cups decaf Chai tea with stevia & some EAS vanilla RTD for 'whitening'

    Dinner:
    Stewing Beef which I've got slow-cooking in my crock pot with peppers, celery & variety of spices for flavor
    Either 2 cups asparagus or broccoli - or 1 cup of each.

    Before Bed Snack:
    Probably a frozen Muscle Milk RTD, blended in my Ninja to create 'ice cream'.

    L: SW Cheese Curls (at 11am! I was hungry!), Asparagus, big salad. (I'm still hungry. What the heck?!?!)

    D: Tilapia, Turnips, Roasted Cauliflower

    S: Chocolate Drink with WF Choc. Syrup ICE COLD! mmmm. Have mentioned I'm HUNGRY?????

    Weigh in tomorrow! I'm hoping for at least 1 more lb by then. Perhaps unrealistic, but I can hope!

    2 cups Veges(mushrooms,garlic,onion,spinach..in omelet)
    1 tsp. EVOO (To sautee veges)
    1 large unsweetened Iced-tea

    Dinner: 6:00

    6 oz lean beef patty (Big Mac Style)pickle,ketchupWF,mustard,lett
    2 cups of zucchini(apple pie w/Pam and apple pie all spice

    Snack 9:00
    Undecided...either pina or RTD van.
