Quick question - It says we are allowed 2 whole eggs per day as a protein choice. So that means, technically I can have a 2 egg omelet (with 2 cups veggies) every night if I want?

I love breakfast food and this seems to be a way to indulge in "breakfast" without straying from IP.
Not sure if someone else has answered this, but my IP sheet says 2 eggs and 2 egg whites. 2 eggs is not enough protein for your evening meal. With the 2 egg whites, that should cover it.

I get BWW every Friday for lunch, 10 piece traditional wings with spicy garlic on them, spicy garlic is one of the lowest point carb options, at 3g / tbsp and I know it's probably 15-20g carbs, but the rest of the day I am careful, and get a big ol salad and glass of water, I still lose the next day as well. But I'm alternative methods so a bit different than ya'll, and may react differently.

You're an incredible woman. To not only achieve that level of success but to share your story and help others through it is a selfless act. You're an angel in disguise

Default what movie tomorrow?

So I've been chuckling at the Caddyshack references since I posted the line about pool or pond on Cadu's post this morning. I walked over to my son's camp to pick him up (it's a mile each way)..in the 95 degree heat... and starting thinking about kaypix blog about her animals...then thought hmmm..maybe tomorrow's movie theme should be Animal House!

I'm delirious But hey - i got a 2 mile walk in!!

Hope everyone is staying strong today.

The newest Phase 1 sheet 5/2/12 now says 2 eggs and 2 egg whites per day as a protein choice. Enjoy!

I'm sorry I should have hit refresh before I answered Britne1. I didn't mean to step on your toes by repeating your answer.
