IT FELT GREEEEAAAAT!!! my calves were screaming at me but i pressed on!!! on the way back home...there is a tree by the road, and the branches hang a little low, so i was so proud of myself i raised my hand and gave that ole low hanging branch a SLAP OF A HIGH 5!!

I had my cup of coffee and am feeling a bit better. Especially after reading more of this thread. I still worry for anyone who might cross me today.
I took a water aerobics class yesterday and I loved it!! I especially love that other than my friend and I, it was mostly baby boomers. I wish I could afford a gym membership so I could go more often. My friend took me as her guest. Anyway, I highly recommend it for anyone who is wanting to do some low impact cardio. Best part is, you don't really know that you are sweating.
