Lunch: tossed salad with a homemade IP iced cappachino (iced coffee, my 1 oz portion of milk, splash of Davinci French vanilla syrup, vanilla pudding packet - just the powder)
Afternoon snack: Pure Evil protein bar
Dinner: grilled steak and steamed broccoli
HS snack: rhubarb crisp
I went for a nice workout today on my beloved BIKE so I had 4 packets.
