Hi there! I am doing IP with alternative products (day 4!) and have a couple of questions:
1. A lot of the Lindora and Proti-Thin products have some sugar in them. The carb count is still within the expected range, but I am wondering is the sugar okay? Do IP products have small amounts of sugar in them?
2. Lindora has a product called Parisian Toast. It has 10g carbs, 2.5g fat and 15 g protein, so I am wondering if that could be a sub for the restricted product for the day. Anybody else look into this product? Is it acceptable, or good even?
