Thank you. I ate a lot of the same food. Usually premade shake in morning, restricted at lunch, premade pudding at 3:30 for snack and dinner around 7-7:30, i eat beef more than any other meat and usually brocoli and asparagus or stir fry of peppers and mushrooms.
One thing that I'm sure helped is that i always drank 4 liters of water a day, had lettuce at every lunch and used my 2tsp of oil (used it to make salad dressing, 1tsp splenda, 2tsp oil, 2tsp vinegar, dash of salt and ms dash).
Other than that, nothing beside being 100% every day
