Gooood Morning!

Today is a work day for me. We are having the annual Kids Fest we will be fitting kids for helmets and be handing out water bottles, sticker and pencils. It is always fun. Even in the rain like today!

Stay OP! Have an awesome day.

I want to hit 100# lost by June 28th in 4 more weeks or by July 5th in 5 weeks. I'm going on a short trip to see family and friends on July 4th and I'd really like to have that huge # beat by then.

A cute photo of Jack and Daddy! A friend took it at a BBQ party last weekend. Jack is my best cheerleader. You all come in second.

You'll make it Vet. You're so positive about everything and such an inspiration to us all.

Had my WI and lost 2.4. Yippee, especially after 0 last week.

Off on a 500 mile car chase. Got my bars and RTD and Subway salads along the way. This traveling thing is old hat to me now. Will keep track of you all on my netbook. DH will be driving.

Have a good OP weekend.

Molly You Saved me a few times. I never thought of Subway for a salad but a few Saturdays ago after a long event I hit Subway for a salad it was huge and awesome. I had trouble finishing it. They even had EVOO. Thanks for the great tips Molly. We never know how we are helping people along the way.

I hope to make it. But just setting the goal really helps. I have something to shoot for.

Thanks Molly! I'm soooo afraid the numbers are going to stop or slow down, I know they will but I think I'm a ways from that, I still have a slim Marine to loose. I weighed 168 when I graduated from Parris Island in August of 1990.

Hope everyone is already having a fabulous OP weekend!

Today one of my best friends and I are going outlet shopping and then to Wegman's for a MAJOR grocery store haul. We (my fiance and I) only buy our meat there- they package meat individually so it's super easy to freeze- and I think all we have left is a turkey tenderloin.

I read through the whole Phase 3 thread last night and prepped a good shopping list. I am so excited for breakfast on monday! Already planning on having a PBJ as a part of it

Hi all,
Congrats to all on the great WIs over the past week. Have just been catching up a little. Still on vacation and totally off IP - but I phased off for 4 weeks prior to this. Have low cost internet for a change and thought I'd catch up.

In France and Italy for 2 weeks (still in Italy), definitely gained, feel it and see it. No surprise and know it would be worse if I didn't phase off. Will report impact when I get home and WI. Only surprise is that all of these contraband foods didn't really taste that great - except for a few but very few. Absolutely ready now to go back to a totally 100% OP phase 1 IP program. Feeling thin is really better than eating fattening food.

Hi Everyone,

Congratulations on your losses! I am in my 3rd week and have lost 9.2 pounds I had a couple of questions I would love feedback on.

1. What is EVOO?

2. Have you guys found certain IP foods satisfy your hunger more than others? I've been really hungry lately & it is a struggle to get through the day. I'm drinking tons of water but still find i'm famished at certain points in the day. I ususally eat a big bowl of "free" lettuce with my homemade oil/vinegar OP dressing.

Other than 1 slip up on memorial day week-end I've been 100% OP! My husband and I are taking our honeymoon trip this July (12 years after the wedding) and I'm very hopeful that I can look as good to him as at our wedding (ignoring all the wrinkles of course). I appreciate you guys bumping up the travel post. I read it and talked to my coach and we are going to phase off the week before the trip. Hopefully I won't do too much damage while on the trip but at least I know I can come back and get right back OP.

Thanks for all the support and for setting such a great example.

YES- some of the foods have higher protein content- namely peach mango drink- check the nutrition info and plan accordingly
