The "Can I do this?" & "Bored" Girl
 

You may remember me from such post as "Bored" & "Can I do this"… well, I survived the first two weeks! I am down 12.2lbs & 22'' and I truly believe that I would not have gotten here without 3FC and I wanted to simply say Thank You.

The results speak for themselves. As hard as it may be at times if someone is serious about loosing weight and changing their life IP is the right choice.

I'm glad things are working out for you, the deeper you are into the diet the easier it can be. You just become so successful you keep going. There will be hard days and some days that you YELL this diet SUCKS! But you find things to keep you going...:)
