Default Google Doc Nutritional Sheet

OK peeps, it's live. I got all the products I could find posted to a google doc, it's open for sharing so anyone with nutritional info can put in what they have, and put a note to the side with how recent the info is, whether the product is awful etc. I think would be a good way to do this.

This is going to be awesome! A living doc!
I have entered the latest chocolate drink mix, choco soy puffs, and vanilla pudding from boxes I have.
I put in the product expiration date as more accurate than a purchase date.
Didn't see where the giant comment space would be.
Kaypix--I have some stuff I will PM to you in the next few days, too.
Love your work!
Thank you.

Info - so far I'm adding "comments' to the individual items (see item # 1 and there's a little red arrow by it) right click, then "insert comment" and it can be as big as you want it to bed, and others can add to it as well

And yes, the point of this is to be a living doc, so when peeps know stuff changes (or something now has an allergen) they can post it up, I hope this takes off

Wow, this is amazing. Thank you. The sodium in some of these items is scary. I had no idea. I know in the past some IPers stated they felt bloated or like they were retaining water. If you have the eggs for breakfast and the soup for lunch, you are way up there. Add the ridges for snack. All this in addition to all the salt they encourage us to add to the food.

On the other hand, nice to see how much protein was in the puddings. I ate those a lot.

Thank you for doing this.

Thanks so much!! I was looking at the sodium with one of the coaches at our clinic. It's a lot in there.

Is a line for the strawberry wafers missing?
I don't have that data on a box otherwise I'd enter it.

I added the info for the Crispy Cereal and the Mango Premix Drink.
Also, this goes back to what each of us are told.... I was told the Chicken Patty mix is NOT restricted. But until we get the info put up we won't know what the carb content is. I have an appt tomorrow and will copy the info needed for it.
Thanks for all of the info

I'm so glad this is working, I got the idea from Wuv's brilliant challenges google doc I hope this can stay updated. For those of you who notice something is missing, feel free to add it. I only got my info from shopproteinfood.com I think was the site, so it is definitely incomplete.

Wuv, thanks so much for updating You totally rock

Hi, there must be an error on the carbs for the raspberry chocolate bars.
Also, why is there so much talk about limiting the strawberry wafer bars to twice a week? The counts don't look out of line with other restricteds.
