Newbie here! Starting IP in two weeks!!
 
And i am really excited about it!!! My question is how do you guys know if something is a certain amount of ounces????? And I am lactose intolerant, so could i use lactaid milk for my coffee? :?: Thanks for the help!

Hi!! I am almost through my second week, & I LOVE it!!

Some items are listed by grams... 227 grams = 8 ounces. Other than that, just measure everything.

I'm not sure about your lactose question, hopefully someone else can answer that one for you...

I just don't know what's the best way to compare for when measuring my chicken,beef,etc. A lot of people are doing it at my job and they are making excellent progress so Im looking forward to it!

There should be a weight listing on the front and/or back of the package.. Also 8 ounces is approx the size of a baseball.
