Just putting this out there...are you still eating the same thing everyday, are you still eating your restricted in the morning (is it still the apple cinnamon soy puffs?)? When I had slow losses I went back and switched things up (and even re-measured everything). Put your restricted at a different time and start trying different veggies and in fact different recipes, eat your restricted at different times and your meat meal at different times, split your meat up even? Try making everyday different? Don't do it the same EVERYDAY with the same packets and the same veggies.
When I had two weeks of 0 loss I just changed it with phase 2...didn't bump me out of ketosis but changed my diet. I had a -6.8.
Just a thought!
I have changed up my restricted, strawberry wafer is what I have now, I have been switching up all of my packets daily. I am thinking I might go back to the phase 3 for a week or so then back on phase 1 like I did the last time. That got me 20lbs off, I haven't made up my mind yet as to what I am going to do...thanks for the suggestions
great job on the losses today for everyone BUT ME!....ZERO...ZERO....ZERO.....NOTHING ....NOTTA.....oh well on to week 57!I am not pissed off, I am aggravated but I will get over it. These last 30lbs seems to be the worse, but HEY, I can deal with it....moving forward to next week
But have you switched up the timings of them (restricted at different times) or your protein meals or just try Phase 2 or splitting up your protein? I know you've done Phase 3 before, just thinking something different might work too...good luck!

Great job keeping your chin up! I watched your video and I saw a change there...seriously in your face changes were happening, they just so happened to be deep changes...too deep to measure. Lisa, you are becoming the skinny Lisa. Rock it Girl!!!!!
Hello fellow 100%ers.... It's been awhile since I've posted, but I was a faithful 100% IP follower. I still am! (on maintenance). Wanted to share my before and after pics my IP coach gave to me today when I went in for a visit/WI/pep talk. I posted this as it's own thread earlier, but wanted to share with you guys....
hugs... Pam
PS.. I have to add.. I went from a size 16-18 to an 8-10. Warning... you may succumb to shopping cravings instead of carb cravings. Start finding ways to put away money now. It is so much fun to go clothes shopping.

So true! I only lost 6 lbs so far but I keep trying on my clothes that did not fit last summer and some fit now or feel much better! I have so many sizes packed away that it will feel like I'm shopping! Great job!
Wuv - you will barely remember this week once you are screaming down the scale again. Hang tough.
Everyone is doing so well. I was reading all weekend while we were on the road and cheering along the way.
We were at a show all weekend and as much as I tried, I could not drink enough to stay hydrated. Hot and humid weather - yuck! Took me a couple of days to get back to running to the bathroom every hour.
WI today was minus 0.6 - flirting with the next decade. Yippee!

Thanks for sharing Pam! Great job on maintenance, too!! I KNOW I am going to want clothes when I meet my goal, so I have been saving all my rewards points from my credit card for an all out shopping trip. That will be fun--glad you are enjoying it.
WI #17 -1.2 pounds. Tomorrow is the last day of Phase 3. My son's birthday is this weekend, then vacation. I have a huge tote of IP food and I intend to eat as close to Phase 1 while on vacation as I can...I still have 40 pounds to go. Would love to be in the 160s when I get home.
OH...NSV tonight. I was in Walmart looking for a smaller swimsuit when I noticed this lady about 3 feet away. I looked up and it was my neighbor. I said "Hi" and she said "OMG, I didn't recognize you! I thought it was you, then I didn't want to sound stupid...You've lost so much weight!" I think she might do IP, too! I LOVE IP!!!!!!!
Oh, sorry, one more NSV today. Went to Lane Bryant to get a new bra since the old ones are getting too big...they didn't have my size! Bummer, 'cause I like that style bra, but GREAT that I am too small for their clothes!
