Eating out woes
 

I thought I'd start a thread for eating out gripes. I'm sure we all have em.

I'll start, I ordered 2 egg whites at a restaurant. Started eating, thought they tasted different but was hungry so I gobbled them up, only to find a big pool of butter underneath! Really? People order egg whites for a reason!

Also went to Disneyland yesterday and I swear they pipe food smells all over, pizza, cinnamon rolls, popcorn, corn dogs ....mmmm smells! I also think there are subliminal messages to eat in the music. Sneaky

If it makes you feel any better, I went to Outback Steakhouse and ordered my steak and veggies cooked dry (no butter no oil) just to find out after scarfing it down that they season everything with sugar!! Unbelievable. Luckily I didn't fall out of ketosis but I was pretty miffed. Why would you put sugar on broccoli???
