serving of lean protein tonight
Hi, I have been on ideal protein for approximately a month and have followed the diet pretty religiously and lost 20#. Tonight we had turkey breast for dinner and I probably ate 12 to 14 oz of it. I have not had my snack yet. Should I eat my snack or forgo it since I had the extra protein. Thanks for any help. Kinda bummed. :?:

I would have my snack and forgive yourself! Ive gone over my protein allowance several times (much better at eyeballing serving size now than at the beginning). Turkey breast is a great, lean protein - not a bad whoopsie to make, just use it to get your serving sizes calibrated!

You guys are awesome! I will have my third packet. I actually have a scale and measured my portion but then gave into temptation :( Thank you both for your encouraging words :)
