Not too many days ago, some one said they knew how to click the multiple quote icon and had all of these quotes "stored up," but did not know how to put them out and respond to them. Maybe add one more screen shot of clicking the Post Reply icon and where it's located since it's on the other side of the screen from the Quote and multiple quote icons. Just a thought.
