Good luck to you. The information is the first step. Just make up your mind to change your habits and just do it. I have been doing IP for almost three weeks. It has not been as hard as I thought that it would be.

Make sure that you read the boards here - when the going gets rough there is always someone on the site who is willing to provide information and support.

This is a great program. You will love it (after the 1st week). Just stay true to the info sheet they give you and you will do fine. the first week can be a little difficult but dont give up. Come here instead and post what you are feeling on the daily thread and I am sure someone will be able to help you.. no matter what, dont give up it is so worth the little bit of discomfor you may feel the 1st week.
