Breakfast: ProtiDiet Blueberry Pancake - made into waffles & dipped into 2 tbsp WF pancake syrup Black decaf coffee Lunch: Dr. Bernstein's Tomato & Basil Soup w 1 cup zucchini blended in - also tbsp each dehydrated onion and parsley flakes 1 cup combined chopped celery/mushrooms/sweet peppers 1 tbsp WF sesame & ginger salad dressing Liberal sprinkling of sea salt on salad Dinner: 8 oz of ground turkey - (exact recipe not yet determined) 1 cup veggies - variety not yet determined. 1 tsp coconut oil 1 cup stewed rhubarb Snack: Glass of water w crushed ice + packets of True Crystallized lemon & lime powder + stevia (2 -12 oz glasses) Around 3pm: Whey Factors Protein Drink w 1 tsp liquified coconut oil Low sodium Dill Pickles Before Bed: Whey Factors Protein Drink |
Breakfast: 3 shots of iced espresso in a venti cup from Starbucks with a vanilla RTD added to it
Lunch: Salad bought for me at work - 4 oz chicken, asparagus, red peppers with WF blue cheese dressing Cran pom IP drink Snack: Peanutbutter bar Dinner: 4 oz beef pot roast with WF BBQ sauce; 2 cups roasted zucchini "chips" |
I can't wait till June so I get some new IP products, since here we are lacking a LOT of them.
Phase 1 Week 2, Day 1 Breakfast: IP cranberry bar Lunch: 1 c cucumbers with salt and lemon IP chocolate drink Snack: 2 c cucumbers with salt and lemon IP lemon pudding Tea with 1 oz milk and stevia Dinner: 1 c brocoli and mushrooms 5 oz grilled chicken |

Breakfast: Crispy Cereal H2O Lunch: Coffee Drink: 1 IP RTD Vanilla and 6oz decaf coffee w/ 1 splenda over ice Dinner: Big Mac in a Bowl (8oz ground turkey, 1/4 C dill pickles, 1/2 Conions, WF 1000 Island and iceberg) and Crispy Turnip fries (1 3/4 cup turnips cut into fries- mix w 2tsp OO, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder- cook at 425 for 30mins)! Snack: I mixed half my choco and pb soy puffs! |
