I only started running last year and did a 10k, I haven't run since the fall because of shin splits but hope to start again soon - my plan is to start when I hit 138lb (fingers crossed that will be in the next week or two). Such a great feeling to run.

How soon can I start working out again? I will be starting IP in a week (Packets will be arriving) and currently do a bootcamp program 4x a week. I was thinking of cutting it out for two weeks then starting with 2 days a week?
