Breakfast@8am: 1 Shredded Turnip w/Green Onions (hashbrowns) Crispy Cereal (pancakes) 2 Egg Whites 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 Splenda Packet WF Pancake Syrup Lunch@12pm: Salad w/EVOO + Apple Cider Vinegar IP Chicken Soup Poblano, Red Bell Pepper, Jalapeno, Garlic Puree Snack@5pm: Late snack, picking up my dad from the airport! Kale (Chips) WF Spicy BBQ Sauce IP Chocolate Pudding Dinner@8pm: Cauliflower (Mashed) Garlic Crusted Turkey Tenderloins |

Boy mine is boring compared to your menus on here, but I like to keep it simple though.
B: peanut butter crunch bar and tea L: vanilla pudding shake with 2 cups spinach mixed in D: 8oz hamburger patty mixed green salad with some olvie oil, sea salt and WF dressing S: vanilla pudding shake mixed with my favorites of cinnamon and English toffee Stevia. |

Breakfast: 1 c Black Coffee + IP Vanilla Drink Lunch: Scrambled Eggs w/ Spinach, Salmon, Chives Dinner: Need to figure out what to do! I have the Broccoli Cheese soup, and the Potato Puree. Not what veggies sure yet... Snack: Same as dinner- NO CLUE YET! Just one of those days... |
