  • Phase 1

    Breakfast:
    1 c Black Coffee
    IP Peach & Mango Drink

    Lunch:
    IP Vanilla Pudding + Cinnamon/Stevia
    1 c English Cucumber/ Sea Salt

    Dinner:
    8 oz uncooked Pork Loin Center
    2 c Spinach
    1 tsp EVOO
    2 Tbsp WF Thick & Spicy BBQ Sauce

    Snack:
    IP Salt & Vinegar Chips
    1 c English Cucumber/ Sea Salt
    2 Tbsp Greak Lakes Gelatin (Collagen)

    Breakfast: Herb-cheese omelette
    1 cup spinach
    1/4 t. sea salt
    1 t. olive oil
    black coffee

    Lunch:
    Vanilla pudding
    1c. cabbage
    1c. cucumbers
    1/4 t. sea salt

    Dinner:
    8 oz grilled chicken breast
    romaine lettuce
    1c. alfalfa sprouts
    1c bell pepper strips

    Snack:
    2c. peppermint tea
    mango drink

  • Phase 3

    Breakfast:
    p3 breakfast
    & vitamins

    Lunch:
    1 zucchini sliced and roasted to make little crisps.. yum!
    half a package of wild rice tempeh

    Dinner:
    either roasted broccoli or roasted zucchini crisps again..hmm
    2 boca burger patties
    & vitamins

    Snack:
    either a bar or mango RTD, depends on if I workout today or not. If I workout, then the bar. If I don't, then the RTD.

    3 shots of iced espresso from Starbucks mixed with 1 vanilla RTD

    Lunch
    Vanilla mug cake
    2cups roasted zucchini cut as "chips" and blue cheese WF dressing as "dip"

    Dinner
    Not sure yet - probably going to BBQ meat and grill asparagus

    IP bar
  • Phase 1: Week 9, Day 3

    Breakfast:
    Shredded Turnips (Hashbrowns)
    Green Onions
    2 Egg Whites
    *2 mile walk
    IP Chocolate RTD (smoothie)
    Spinach
    Decaf

    Lunch:
    Mushrooms
    IP Chicken Noodle Soup

    Dinner:
    Chicken Breast

    Snack:
    IP Chocolate Pudding

    -weird day, front loaded my veggies at breakfast & lunch
