  • I am glad i read this post today. I fell off the wagon this weekend and ate carbs. Now, this morning, i ate fast food plus a whole bag of MM's. and of course i am still hungry. I am a binger and once i fell off, i dove in head first to the junk. I am so mad at myself because now i feel gross, stomach ache, lethargic and frustrated. Why did i do this to myself!!!!!!!
    I know i need to stay 100% on plan but i am struggling. The carb craving seems to be controlling me again...........ugghhhhh
    I am not new to the plan so i know what I NEED to do i just can't seem to do it.
