    IP Cappuccino Drink (I love this drink)

    Lunch:
    IP Dark Chocolate Pudding
    1 cup of Broccoli & Cauliflower
    2 Tbsp WF Bacon Dip
    1 tsp EVOO

    Dinner:
    Caesar Salad
    5 oz Cooked Chicken Breast/ Sea Salt
    Romaine Lettuce
    1 c Raw Red Onion, Celery, Cucumber
    2 Tbsp WF Caesar Dressing
    1 tsp EVOO
    Tisane Tea

    Snack:
    IP Chocolate Soy Puffs (first time trying)
    1 c English Cucumber/ Sea Salt

    leek soup with broccoli
    lettuce from the garden with 1/2 cup cucumbers
    WF honey dijon dressing

    Dinner:
    curried chicken
    more broccoli
    Kale and Lettuce Juice
    lettuce from the garden with 1/2 cup cucumbers
    WF honey dijon dressing

    Evening:
    blueberry cran granata mixed with hot black tea
    water, agua, eau, vada and lots of it

    Breakfast 6am:
    IP Omelet
    9 tbsp liquid egg whites added to make 2 omelets
    1 slice american veggie cheese
    & Vitamins, Novilax

    Lunch 12pm:
    2 Boca Burger Patties
    2 cups Roasted Broccoli

    Dinner 7pm:
    5 oz chicken breast
    1 tbsp heinz RS ketchup
    2 cups Roasted Broccoli
    & Vitamins

    Snack 9pm:
    ProtiDiet Peanut Butter and Smooth Caramel Crisp Bar

    5-6 20z bottles of water

    Broccoli & Cheese Soup <--remembered it today!

    Kale Chips

    Dinner@8pm:
    Skirt Steak
    Grilled Bell Peppers

    IP Stawberry Drink with 1 tbs strawberry Walden Foods Syrup (I love this drink)

    Lunch:

    2 cup of Tomato (not cherry)
    1 Tsp Dressing I made (1/2 lemon pitted, 2 cups parsley (no stems), 3 cloves of garlic, tbs. cider vinegar & 4 tbs. EVOO all blended together) Love this dressing
    2 cups of romain lettuce
    Sea Salt

    Dinner:
    6 oz Cooked Chicken Breast/ Sea Salt
    2 cups mushrooms and cauliflower
    1 tsp EVOO
    Sea Salt

    Snack:
    IP white choco cin bar

  • Phase 4:

    Breakfast: 1/2 IP peach/mango + 1/2 IP Van RTD (I was feeling a little bloated, so I thought I'd take it lighter today.
    Snack: none - on the road
    Lunch: hard boiled eggs, spinach, celery, brocoslaw on a big bed of lettuce with WF Honey Mustard with lemon juice.
    Snack: plan to have a spinach smoothie to get me through the painting...
    Dinner: Tillapia, stir-fry vegees on a big salad
    Dessert: IP banana pudding with 1/2 banana & ice, into an ice cream.

    Liz - I found some fajita seasoning and had it for dinner last night! Wonderful!!!

    Okay, back to work for me...no more reading this board!

    Breakfast : coffee w/ ounce of milk & sprinkle of cinnamon
    Chocolate drink (premix to go)
    Lunch:veggie Chili w/ 2cups of red,yellow ,green peppers
    salad & apple vinegar dressing
    dinner: making 2 eggs & some egg whites for broccoli omelet (don't have vegan cheese )
    snack: caramel crunch bar
    & LOTS of H2O
  • Mine was not as good as everyone else today... just had zero appetite..

    Currently to be decided but I usually do chicken breast with asparagus & mushrooms or shrimp.

    Did not have enough veggies and did not have snack in the pm. I had my first severe migraine and felt nauseous I had to force myself to eat the cereal. Not much of an appetite.
  • Breakfast - 3 shots of iced espresso mixed with a vanilla RTD shake.

    Lunch - cucumber with wf French onion dip, salad and chocolate soy puffs

    Dinner - grilled sole fish with dill and lemon, grilled portabella mushroom and zucchini

    Snack - vanilla "mug cake"

    Breakfast:IP crispy cereal

    PT (I'm military so it's mandatory)
    IP Wildberry Smoothie
    Lunch:
    IP RTD Chocolate shake
    salad with cukes, peppers, etc, plus President's Choice Fat-Free Italian Dressing (1 tsp dressing with sea salt and a tsp of olive oil)
    Dinner:
    Ground turkey with Epicure's Turkey Rub (a zero product to all you Epicure fans) and poultry seasoning (it was really good) and I added Heinz RS ketchup (1tbsp)
    Steamed Brocolli and Cauliflower with olive oil sprinkled with sea salt and Epicure's Garlic Pepper
    Am feeling full and good! Everyone out there keep up the good work!!!
  • I see a few of you refer to Heinz RS ketchup. Please fill me in on what this is, and is it allowed on IP. I was told NO KETCHUP would meet the 0/0/0 criteria.

  • My coach allows it and sells it, but she said only have one serving which is 1 tbsp. 1 carb is most likely from the Splenda (sucralose). Ask your coach.
