  • Thought we could start a daily menu thread like some forums do. Please whatever phase you are on, plz share your menu

    Breakfast:
    Black Coffee
    IP Crispy Cereal (Pancakes)
    2 Egg Whites
    2 Tbsp WF Pancake Syrup
    1 tsp EVOO

    Lunch:
    IP Chocolate Drink (Shake)
    2 c Spinach

    Dinner:
    5 oz Cooked Chicken Breast
    Romaine Lettuce
    1 c raw Red Onion, Gr Pepper, Celery
    2 Tbsp WF Chipotle Ranch Salad Dressing
    1 tsp EVOO
    Tisane Tea

    Snack:
    IP Carmel Nut Bar
    1 c Cucumbers/ Sea Salt

    Herbal tea

    Lunch
    2oz tuna with mustard and evoo
    Spinach,cucumber,celery salad
    IP Banana pudding shake

    Breakfast:
    IP Omelet
    9 tbsp Egg Whites added to omelet
    & Vitamins

    Lunch:
    Chicken Breast (5 oz)
    1 large zucchini sliced and baked with lemon juice, stevia (1 packet), nutmeg and cinnamon

    Dinner:
    Chicken Breast (5 oz)
    Roasted Broccoli (2 cups)
    & Vitamins

    Snack:
    IP Mango RTD

    Edit: I use a lot of Mrs. Dash spices and EVOO cooking spray.
  • Breakfast: 10ish this morning Slept late today
    ProtiDiet blueberry pancake
    2 Tbsp WF pancake syrup
    Black Decaf Coffee

    Lunch: 1:30pm today
    Cream of Chicken Soup with 1 cup celery & 1/2 cup zucchini steamed & blended in. Also added tbsp of dehydrated onion and parsley each.
    Romaine lettuce with 1 cup mixture of raw mushroom, celery, radish, grn onion, and green pepper.
    WF Blue Cheese salad dressing
    Glass of water w MIO

    Dinner: around 7:30pm.
    Sirloin steak - it's about 7 oz. (not sure I can eat that much steak at one meal... we'll see)
    Romaine lettuce with 1 cup mixture of mushroom, celery, radish, grn onion, and green pepper
    WF Thousand Island dressing
    Stewed rhubarb - 1 cup

    Snacks:
    Quest Peanut Butter Choc protein bar - about 4:30pm
    Natural Factors Whey Factors protein shake (before bed)
    Oolong Tea

    I'll be having 4.5 cups of veg total today - I allowed myself that extra .5 cup zucchini with my soup at lunch, knowing that celery is now considered a 'free' veggie.

    3 shots espresso mixed with vanilla rtd over ice

    Lunch
    Salad with hardboiled egg, sliced dill pickles and a tsp walden farms dressing
    Peanut butter nut bar

    Dinner
    Grilled steak, grilled asparagus and zucchini

    Snack
    Vanilla "mug cake" with wf chocolate sauce

    Breakfast@9am: choco soy puffs
    Lunch@12pm: crispy cereal pancakes & wf chocolate sauce
    Snack@4pm: spinach pudding smoothie & Kale chips
    Dinner@8pm:salad, shredded chicken breast w/cilantro pesto, mashed cauliflower & turnips*

    *saved boiling water for this weeks soup packets, squeeze out all the flavor I can!
