Day 7- hungry and headache??

Today is day 7 and I feel like I am on day 1. I have been so hungry all morning and my head is pounding. What did I do wrong? I don't have my first weigh in until Monday since my coach is out of town. HELP!

I'm in my 5th week now, and I do also remember feeling a bit 'sicky' and 'headachey' around Day 7. Have you tried licking some sea salt and taking some extra water? That generally helped me with headaches, or that slightly woozy feeling we sometimes get. As to the hunger - have you been eating anything with aspartame in it? Many here think it stimulates hunger, and I tend to agree.

I don't think I had any asparatane (sp?) today. So far I have had....
wildberry yogurt drink
1 c cucumbers
1 c baby spinach with lettuce
poppyseed dressing (apple cider vinegar, oil, minced onion, poppyseeds)
chocolate pudding
green tea

tons of water and my AM supplements

Thanks for posting your food/drink intake. I can't think of anything else to recommend, but I'm sure some of the more 'seasoned' members of the IP community here will try to help you more. Meanwhile, hang in there.
