First phase 3 breakfast - help!
Good morning all, today is day 1 of phase 3. I hit my first goal of 50 pounds and am phasing off to take a break before losing the remaining 40. I went grocery shopping and have all the right foods, but I am petrified to decide what to eat! I need some help, please! I am so afraid to eat the wrong things :(

I went through the same thing, and several others have too. It's pretty stressful to be in the structured Phase 1 environment, work so hard to be OP, then things really start to open up for choices.
Hang in there - there are several threads, like "Life after Phase 1" and "Phase 3" that I started. People posted sample menus there, and I think I posted the chart I used to figure out how much of what stuff to have in the 'stickies' section. If you can't find it, I can post it again. As long as the stuff you eat fits in the numbers, you are fine. I gained a pd the first week, but then lost it the second week, so it's not written in stone that you'll gain it all back. You might want to get a digestive enzyme, as your body won't be used to handling the fruit, grain and dairy. Good luck and ENJOY!!! |
