I am officially starting phase 4. Looks like I know understand that balancing and experimenting are very crucial for success in these later phases.

Good for you!!! I was one who suggested checking the bread. I have done well on phase 3 this week when I eliminated the bread. It was the bloating and tiredness you mentioned that alerted me that you might have a bread issue. That is how I feel with most grains.I also have a rapid weight gain with it.
That said, adding back bread is not an issue for most people. Many people maintain or continue to lose on phase 3.
I would not eliminate it unless after a few days you really find you have no energy and are bloated and regaining quickly. If that didn't happen with me I sure wouldn't eliminate the bread as social affairs are harder without it. But for a few people as Sara found out it does cause issues.
